Starting an enquiry
A sourcing brief starts a conversation. It does not place an order, reserve a trip or confirm that an engagement has been accepted. Availability and scope must be confirmed for your product and location.
Agreeing the work
Before an engagement begins, the proposal should define the services, deliverables, fees, additional expenses and expected schedule. Supplier research, sourcing trips and ongoing support can be scoped separately.
Supplier and third-party services
The scope of any supplier checks, inspections, travel arrangements or freight coordination should be agreed explicitly. Initial supplier checks do not guarantee product quality or future performance.
