Travel and supplier availability are separate
Supplier appointment availability is not guaranteed. Flights, hotels, visas, transport, entry fees and cancellation costs are not part of the coordination service unless stated in the agreed scope. Any related third-party costs and responsibilities are confirmed separately before commitment.
Trip support provides coordination, interpretation and reporting within the agreed scope. It is not an audit, certification, legal service or a recommendation that you should place an order.
