ONGOING ORDER SUPPORT

Ongoing order support

After supplier selection, ongoing support can help coordinate the communication, samples and milestones that need attention as your order progresses.

Support around the agreed order stage

The supplier, milestones, reporting and responsibilities are defined before ongoing support begins. A scope can include:

Supplier communication

  • Coordinate agreed questions and follow-up with suppliers
  • Keep product specifications and next steps clear
  • Share written status updates within the agreed scope

Samples and production

  • Coordinate sample next steps with the supplier
  • Follow up on agreed production milestones
  • Surface issues that need buyer direction or supplier clarification

Third-party coordination

  • Coordinate inspection-provider or freight-quote next steps
  • Clarify what is being requested from each provider
  • Keep responsibilities and additional charges visible

What ongoing support does not include

Coordination support does not include the cost of supplier goods, samples, tooling, testing, inspection-provider charges, freight, customs, duties, taxes, storage, insurance or foreign-exchange costs. Legal advice and payment of supplier invoices are also outside the agreed coordination work.

Buyers pay suppliers or disclosed third parties directly unless a separate commercial arrangement has been reviewed and agreed.

Continue with the support you need

Share the product, supplier stage and coordination you need. We will review the project and, where support is available, define the deliverables, fees, third-party costs and exclusions before work begins.

Start with your brief.
